Relentless Endurance. When you are reduced to 0 HP but not killed, you can drop to 1 HP instead once per long rest.
Powerful Build. You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.
Healing Hands. As an action, you can touch a creature and cause it to regain a number of hit points equal to your level. Once you use this trait, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.

Cultural traits

Ability Score Increase. +1 to two ability scores.

Eldayr

Humanoids with partial exoskeletal plating. A set of plates on their backs can move to reveal wings that allow short bursts of flight. Recognizable features are variations of plating covering parts or all of the face, intended to protect their large and slightly protruding eyes.

Prehensile Tail. You can use your tail to pick up or hold a small object that isn’t being worn or carried. You can use it to interact with objects, leaving your hands free to wield weapons or carry heavier objects.
Tail Trip. You can use your tail to trip an opponent. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: The target must succeed on a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone.
Tail support You use your tail for support in all environments. You ignore non-magical rough terrain.
