Tilly Colton

Born in Ardrest Tilly lived a fairly normal life, eventually coming into contact with Kelvin Underbarrel and joining his Black Sash Gang. Unfortunately for Tilly, in by 1490 the gang had fallen under the corrupting influence of the Hags of Ardrest. The hags found an in with Tilly's relationship with her husband pushing her to increasing madness and paranoia about his fedelity. The particular target of her anger was Letitia Kelsey who she believed was sleeping with her husband (it is unclear if an affair was happening or not).
By early 1491, Tilly's mind was twisted by the hags, and following the goblin attack on Adrest (see Chapter 1) she concocted a plan to kidnap and torture Letitia. She was found doing this by the Frostyear Guardians and was slain in her madness. Her corruption was one of the first signs the Guardians received that there was a more powerful evil at work in Ardrest.
