The southern ward of
Nanganato, named for the docks here connected to the
Fukasa. It is also home to most of the military buildings in the city, as well as the maze of disorderly residential areas.
High District
A building complex which includes offices for high ranking government officials, including the city's
Regent.
Guardian Halls
A building complex which includes a small court house as well as barracks and offices for the
South Guard.
Black Tower
The prison and holding center for Nanganato.
Residential District
White Touch Hospice
White Touch Hospice is a building which provides food and shelter for the needy.
Fukasa Antiquities
A shop that deals in old and rare things. The place looks a bit run down and doesn't attract a lot of customers, but somehow seems to stay in business. It is run by a male half-orc who goes by the name Jolly.
Dew Drop
House of ill repute.
Wild Marlin
A cheap tavern with drinks and limited food only. A good place to find a game of
Hi Ki or
San Rolls.
Harbor District
A small collection of long piers that connect to the
Fukasa. They aren't used too often, but sometimes allow boats from the
Windbound to resupply during patrols, and even less frequently accept visitors from outside
Tasinem.
Fukasa Harbor Authority
Secondary offices of the port authorities. The harbor master's office is actually at another building called the Kohu Port Authority in
Ko Ward.
Reaper Shrine
A small shrine dedicated to
Morigawa. It is tradition for sailors to tap the shrine and offer a quick prayer to the reaper goddess before setting sail on the
Fukasa.
