Recognized as the capital of the elemental planes, this city is a central hub for slavery, attracting diverse entities, including Demons , Devils , and Angels .
While the sights within and beyond the city are breathtaking, the harsh climate poses challenges. Inside, the air is stifling, and outside, the scorching ground can melt anything lacking enchantment. Only a handful of non-elementals brave this inhospitable environment.
Ruled by an elder djinns , the esteemed sultana Zara al naar   leads the council of the elder djinn with unparalleled strength, owning the most slaves in the plane. Revered as a goddess, she exudes beauty and authority, enforcing her fiery demands with unwavering resolve.
