Abandoned Clone Wars outpost. Used as a smuggler bolthole for many years, now dangerously close to Reaver territory. Once upon a time, it was going to be an observatory of the nearby nebula, but actual construction quickly got repurposed to a war outpost when the Trade Federation had their temper tantrum.
