Life

Wei was an only child with a strong interest in reading, especially paper books and fanfiction. She suffered a gunshot wound to the head as a child which resulted in her requiring cybernetic implants. She attended New Paris University on Mars and met many prominant figures there, including Silia Scapula and Solange Pernet, who she alleges she has blackmail on.
