God of Strength, Lord of Victory, Monarch of War, Supreme Slayer of All Evils, Lord of Knowledge, All-Father of Rage, Harbinger of Fear, Archprince of Vengeance and Protector of the Pious, Mehrem is the lord of all who wishes to devote their strength and knowledge to the causes of war and country. He acknowledges that winning a battle requires fury and knowledge. His unending rage and thirst for vengeance have and shall never be quenched so long as evil and injustice plague the world.
He is the most feared out of all the Empyrean Gods, for he is the one who butchered any god who dared to touch or kill Kagia during the Great Holy War. His fury and boiling blood slew countless gods who even dared to think treachery of his Sovereign Monarch. He is the reason why there are so few gods left to worship in Tenebra, for many were unworthy of worship.
He is the main god that the Order of the Slayers call upon to uplift their anger and fury upon the heretic and the forces of darkness.

Personal history
Originally a dwarven god, Mehrem rose above his station of the forge in Empyrea and grew to great height and anger as the war in heaven raged onward. He saw his dwarven brethern slaughtering one another but he knew that he had to save the Great Cobalt Forge from their greedy hands. He then slaughtered each and every one of his brothers and sisters in a blind frenzy as he then waged a bloody war against those who wished to take up Kagia's emptied throne during the Great Holy War, regaining his greater divinity.
Upon nearing the end of the war and the creation of the shield around Mictlan, Mehrem became the defacto leader of the Empyrean gods as he led them on a bloody war against the pouring demons of Sheol. A god of warfare as well, Mehrem designed and plotted the Hellwalker's and Bodugg's confrontation with the Usurper. He roared triumphantly at Adrammelech's defeat which was heard in every plane of existence.
He continued his holy war against both the Archfiend as well as the forces of the voidlings as the greatest concept that the world of Tenebra knows and will continue to know eternally is war.
It would be revealed to the Pantheon of the Black Star that Shezmu and Mehrem used to be the same person but split into two people and personas. The Pantheon would suggest a solution as Mehrem failed in battle against Fricco and Asherah implemented said solution. Amaya Hayashi, the Wave Rider's shotel would then have the reuinted and reborn couple of Shezmu and Empusa inside both her mind and her shotel. A process that further agitates the nascent god to this very day.
