Isles of Monsters
Every one of these islands and continents is nearly uninhabitable by any sapient life due to the massive amount of monstrous creatures dwelling within each isle. The only predominant life is creatures capable of destroying nations, cities, and many lives throughout all of Tenebra. There are small settlements in every corner of these isles but most relocate regularly due to the many hostile encounters that are to be had in the Isles of Monsters. The following are the isles and a small description of each one.
Hesperis: An island populated by massive creatures within its large landmass. Many other creatures inhabit this land and all are hostile to sapient life. It is said that Koschei found the secrets to becoming a lich deep within the deserts of Hesperis. There is also said to be an open portal into the the Dreamlands deep within the southern peninsula of Hesperis. The only large settlement that is to be had in Hesperis is Toxihgi, which is entirely inhabited by veteran Orcs wishing to die in honorable combat against the massive monsters dwelling in Hesperis instead of old age.
Hyl'dora: The remnants of the once highly vane and depraved High Elves's homeland. A majority of its land mass was swallowed into Sheol as the remaining parts were cursed and inhabited by monsters from nearly all planes. Many of the isles have changed due to the planes' influence on the areas, especially from Khaos. Like Hesperis, there are only small roaming settlements that are present in the area as the only sapient inhabitants are monster hunters from the Starfinder Society.
Naddadorann: A land that once had the last living titan on the The Physical Plane, Pangu, who now dwells in the Plane of Creation along with the majority of Risi. It became largely abandoned over the years following both Pangu and the Risis' departure from the Physical Plane. The only life that inhabits Naddadorann are hostile snow monsters and giants. The settlement of Agder is inhabited by giants that have managed to survive the extremely hostile areas that now surround Naddadorann.
