Archdevil Belurth Riloz
From his bastion, Zariel's second-in-command and the former lord of Avernus oversees the forges that furnish weapons and armour for the Blood War. Though Lilith has instructed Zariel to accept Bel as her advisor, Bel and Zariel loathe each other and invent distractions to keep them apart.
Bel outwardly plays the role of Zariel's loyal vassal. However, Bel rankles at Zariel's rulership of the layer of the Nine Hells that was once his, but he won't challenge her directly as long as he thinks Asmodeus supports Zariel.
Belurth was a retired half-orc warlock who fought in War of Hope and Despair, helped found the Alliance, then left it to go undo his warlock pact. His retirement lasted until 8008, when he found himself wrapped up with his former patron Belial. Belial bonded his soul with Belurth's, and they became one. Now, as the entity Bel, he splits his time between wandering the Prime Material Plane as a hermit, typically squatting in the ruins of Argynvostholt, and working as Zariel's second-in-command in Avernus.

He's a hunk with a dadbod and a pale star-shaped scar on his chest where he got disintegrated. He has a soft circular face with messed up teeth, also very scruffy looking.

Belurth wears very little, sometimes simple starry robes over underwear.

Personal history
Belurth was born between a human male and an orc woman. They stayed together for the nine months she was pregnant, and when his mom said she was going to take him, his father kidnapped him and returned him to the human village. His father was constantly trying to fix him, changing his teeth and such to make him appear more human. At the age of 15, he fled from his father and made a life in the woods, eventually making a deal with his patron Belial. Eventually, he also found himself living in a hut near the outskirts of Tinkertown where he met Lizzy and her party.
