Edrick Vissarion was a Warduke in the Breantian army.

Special abilities

Studying occult lore after coming back from the dead, Edrick unlocked eldritch power within himself: he learned an Eldritch Invocation. As a reaction when he takes damage, he can entomb yourself in ice, which melts away after six seconds. The ice blocks most damage taken from any further attacks.

Specialized Equipment

Edrick, before he was put to rest by Ace Ventura, wielded the Axe of the Last Hearth and Bottled Thunderstorm.

Personal history

He grew up in the village of Dimdale, and joined the army when he turned 14. He was a foot soldier for many years and slowly rose through the ranks. He fought with the army of Breantis during the reclamation of Bronzemere and was happy to become a commander under the new Alliance. He died while commanding a group of Redknife soldiers, protecting the Dimdale woods. He was the last one standing, after all of his soldiers had been struck down, and he had almost survived except for a rogue flail snail who finished him off. However, because he did not die a warrior's death, the valkyries of Talos did not claim his soul and bring it to Dwarfhalla. Instead, he returned a year later as an undead revenant skull lord. A revenant forms from the soul of a mortal who met a cruel and undeserving fate. It claws its way back into the world to seek revenge against the one who wronged it. The revenant reclaims its mortal body and superficially resembles a zombie. However, instead of lifeless eyes, a revenant's eyes burn with resolve and flare in the presence of its adversary. If the revenant's original body was destroyed or is otherwise unavailable, the spirit of the revenant enters another humanoid corpse. Regardless of the body, the revenant uses as a vessel, its adversary always recognizes the revenant for what it truly is.
