Elephant's Lake
Elephant's Lake is a large freshwater lake that is located in the valleys east of the Demonspires. It is so named because herds of elephants from the Gold Coast and the Ivory Savanna can be seen gathered around it. The herds from the Ivory Savanna will cross the Demonspires during the dry months before they return to the grasslands in the wetter months. Most of the elephants that are seen, however, are the Gold Coast variety, which are the smaller kind. Elephant's Lake is the largest known lake in the regions around the Shimmering Sea, being thousands of square miles in area.
