A letter from Newton Crumley to Randall Bordin. Found by Blinky in Randall's trash can.
Coded Message
After going through the letter with Vena in the ARA library, Sage and Blinky figured out the coded message within. By taking the fourth word of every line, you get the message:time to pay up / Arthur wants his ball / ten thousand gold or swift death
This kind of cipher is apparently found commonly in correspondences between members of the smuggling ring.
