Overview

The Queendom of Ilisha, situated in the northwest of the Continent , operates as a matriarchal monarchy. Its borders touch the Jubal Plains to the south, the Ebon Marshes to the north, and the Stokemis Expanse to the west.

People

The population of Ilisha is diverse due to the division of the country among the bannermen loyal to the Ilishan throne. Each region boasts its own distinct populace and culture.

Geography

Central to Ilisha's landscape is the vast Lake Harmodios, surrounded by grasslands, marshes, and forests. To the west lies an arid wasteland, while a southern mountain range serves as a natural barrier. Settlements predominantly line the lake's shores, with the capital city, Tho-Harmodios, built atop stone platforms upon the lake itself. The northern border is embraced by the Crowned Woodland, while the western expanse meets the Feyline Forest and the Scorched Steppes. The Queen's Mountains guard the southern frontier, with Fort Philona and The Roost acting as sentinels.

Politics

Under the governance of a matriarchal monarchy, Ilisha is ruled by its Queen , holding absolute power. The Queen is supported by various bannermen who hold a seat of power, each one is entrusted with the administration of their own territories and armed forces.

The town of Bernike sits on the river Di-Kyra. it is the scond largest settlement in the queendom and controls the rivers in thenorth east and their surounding lands.

Fort Philona watches over the Philona pass the southen entrence to the queendom.

Grim-latis is a Lizardman city made of tunnels beneith the Scorched Steppes.

The Crowned Woodlands are a great forest on the northen boarder. The forest is inhabeted by Lycnathropes.

635aol - Founding

Ilisha was founded by the 1st Queen of Ilisha. its said she commanded the suns to forge the stones used to build Tho-Harmodios's foundations

316ca -718ca - Planes wars

Ilisha took part in all four of the planes wars. Three times they assisted the Five Tribes Alliance repel the Holy Empire of Concordia from the Jubal Plains. One time they attempted to invade the planes themselves.

867ca - Erok becomes park of Ilisha

Ilisha formaly recognised the Elves of Erok and as bannermen of the Solar crown.
