Children of the Moon
There are tribes living deep in jungles of the southern continent. Although they do not share a common culture, language, or even a common race. Instead, they all share a common history with, and worship of, the moon spirit Lunaris.
None will speak to outsiders of the nature of their relationship with Lunaris. Some will not speak her name, merely referring to "Her" in common speech. But over a thousand years ago the tribes came together in a common truce and struck a deal with Lunaris that has lasted to the modern day.
Today, the tribes continue to live separately, occasionally fighting amongst themselves or outsiders. Although the details differ, they all still continue to worship Lunaris in their own way, and maintain that ancient bargain.
