Balmur Stonehammer
Captain within the City Watch and warden of Stoneridge Prison, Balmur is a man you don't want to cross. A Convergence veteran who has had his fill for fighting, Balmur now makes it his duty to ensure that those who would threaten the security of Vaross are punished accordingly. Despite being harsh, he is a fair man that lives to the word of the law.

Balmur was instrumental in defending the capital during the Convergence. Once a famed fighter, known for his terrifying mace, he had his fill of combat and decided to take a more passive role in serving the city. He was offered the role of warden for Vaross' prison by Grand Master Lyrum thanks to his ability to instil fear into his foes as well as being a fair leader.
