City Watch
Nicknamed the 'Blackcoats' due to the dark leather armour worn by its members, this group of specially trained guards operates within Vaross and act as the capital's peacekeepers. With nearly a thousand members spread out across the capital, the Watch is the largest city guard in the Isle. members of the watch are highly trained and usually patrol in groups which contain a spellcaster, ranged attacker and close quarters specialist. They are a formidable force and usually a good enough reason to stay out of trouble within the city.
Public Agenda
The aim of the city watch is to protect the city of Vaross from those that would cause it harm.
History
The city watch was founded not long after Vaross was made the new capital city as their primary defence. They usually only have to deal with criminals within the city but during The Convergence they were forced to become the cities protectors.
