Mishi Fen

Mishi Fen, or She-Who-Heard-the-Soul (shortened by Ash to 'Soul') entered the game in team four, but with the death of her other teammates she was moved to team Seven.
Prior to the end of Round Three, Mishi had generalised amnesia, and she began the first gauntlet with no memory of her name, identity, or even why she was arrested. She was told by her handler that she was given amnesia purposefully, and Devotion has told Team Ten that there are restrictions in place to prevent her from learning her past.
Despite this ominous background, Mishi seemed well-meaning and kind, if somewhat pessimistic about her chances of leaving the gauntlet alive. Her appearance indicated a significant amount of genetic modification, which was likely done to obscure her real race as a Kalashtar.
After the second Gauntlet, Taiko theorised that Mishi's amnesia functioned by causing her to forget memories the moment she remembered them, rather than by having scrubbed her mind entirely of her past. To that end, the Team used the mind-reading abilities of Uki to see if they could discover anything about her past. They saw a succession of images depicting a relationship between Mishi and an unidentified Kalashtar, which culminated in a Genome Key being embedded in Mishi's neck. The genome key was successfully extracted, and eventually it was revealed it held the code of Ash. After being implanted in both Bo and Sabriel, it was eventually given back to Ash.
After investigation in Third Province, Team Ten discovered Mishi's real identity: she is in reality a kalashtar in her mid-forties named She-Who-Heard-The-Soul. Soul apparently 'retired' eleven years ago and hasn't been heard from since. When the Round Three Legend Lores triggered the return of her memory, she contacted Ash, who then revealed the truth of her origins to Team Ten; she is Ash's loyal lieutenant, romantically involved with them since they met during their studies in the Scholar's Hall. She was responsible for resurrecting them after their execution and was entered into the games in order to bring Ash's genetic code into the Celestial City, although, clearly, the plan went wrong. With her amnesia gone, Mishi/Soul is once again loyal to Ash, and has revealed to him all the information she knew about the plans and intentions of the other teams.
