Pottsville Borough

low rent, slums.  This area is crowded with the lowest of living standards in the city. Landlords in this area have pushed the rent up due to the large influx of workers entering the city. This has caused problems for the old residents of the area.  All Crime is at an all-time high.  The city guard do NOT patrol here at night and only lightly in the day.  Unique to the area is the nightly music, horrible organ music that drifts into the night and into the other boroughs.  Complaints have been filled but no action has been taken.

The Borough Boss answers to the Ward Master.  He has a small group of people that is known as Borough council, that help the boss run the Borough.

Water is rain barrel capture; sewer is ditch run off. There are no business in this borough, except for the Boss's The Tin Ear which serves cheap drinks for the people of the Borough.

None, Black Tentacles has had a hard time getting a foot hold here.  They recruit here but little to no activity. They tried to start several businesses but the Borough Boss complained to the Ward master. This stopped any encroach on the area.
