Powell's Stead raises various farm animals for sale and slaughter. The inhabitants time is spent almost entirely on caring for the animals and maintaining the property, so outside of eggs, wool, and milk, they produce little else.

Several medium barns spread across wide pastures. Grazing lands stretch for miles around, and several crude watchtowers dot the edges of the territory.
Points of interest
A large oak tree sits about a quarter mile into the grazing lands. It looks nice and the cows enjoy the acorns, so it remains as a notable landmark.
