Very over worked, under paid and lacking training, the city guard lead by Urio Cornec struggle to keep order on the docks and the alley ways clear at night. With soo many new ships, business, trade and the resettlement claimants the city guard can barely be seen outside of the ever constant low quarter troubles, night time thefts and over crowded docks
