Levi Yeager
King of the Underworld (a.k.a. Bandit King, Criminal Prime, Destroyer of Justice)
Levi Yeager was a significant figure in The Eastlands region during the period 6220 AE - 6226 AE, where he would cause havoc as "The Bandit King." He was considered the strongest criminal for the six years of his activity, he was essentially a messiah like figure to all those who fought against justice and created a large criminal organisation when he would capture and combine The Bastard Guild, The Barrel Land Bandits and The Free Miners.
With at the time, the three largest criminal organisations working together under his orders, Levi would create anarchy across The Isles of Isaiath and have nobles all over the continent sitting in their keeps in fear, hoping that he wouldn't target their holding. Levi was able to avoid capture from Justice Servant such as Pysicel Ovinerin along with Wanderers such as The Silver Sentries for his six years of chaos and even survived a one on one duel with Emily Raine.
With limited options and towns such as Barkamsted and Landelver close to completely collapsing due to the constant bombardment of raids from Levi's bandit organisation, Lord of Tis'Envar Royce Adve decided to turn to one last option before King Julian Titus deployed The Holy Writ.
Lord Royce would send in a job to The Soundless Service Guild for a Sapphire Servicer to assassinate Levi. Fortunately for the continent Royce's wishes were accepted by a servicer named Ikari, who was able to located and dismantle Levi in two months.
