Heleen Dijkstra

Heleen Dijkstra is an NPC employed by the Gatefall Company who serves as the colony of Gatefall's quartermaster and accountant. Her responsibilities include provisioning the Gatefall Militia and Company staff, keeping track of Gatefall's incomes and expenses, and assisting the Burgomeister with plans to expand and Develop the colony. Though she is subordinate to the Burgomeister, she wields significant influence both within the Gatefall Company and in Gatefall itself.
