Imp
Imp was born to a human woman living in the domain of Miir in The Grand Kingdom of Midrasus. His fiendish appearance kept him separated from the other humans and gained him his name. His mother wanted nothing to do with him. He only survived his early years thanks to a kind Raharin Elf woman, named Ellaera, who raised him and taught him to , sing, play the flute, and manipulate the silver sea to enforce his will unto the world. Imp's talents, both arcane and musical, brought him to the attention of the Hael Gaela Naedaen of Miir, who brought him to live at her villa. For a few years, Imp played for her alone and at parties. Although she was never overly rude to him, others insulted him and claimed he was a devil seeking after the Hael's soul. After an especially raucous party, Imp left the villa while everyone was well and thoroughly drunk. For 6 years he has been travelling throughout the Western Nations dodging wars and strife where he can, playing his flute for small crowds.
Imp is eager to know of his father. His mother had almost nothing to do with him when he was growing up, so didn't know who fathered him. After 6 years of travelling the Western nations, he has begun to entertain thoughts about returning to see her, if only to learn about his father.
For the last month or so, Imp has been playing in several different inns in Toyuk. Recently, a strange cat-man has joined in his performances who calls himself Alto Clef. He plays a strange little stringed instrument referred to by Alto as Uku's Lele.
On the 9th of the 6th, the local lord requested the two of them play for him and his daughter. While at the Lord's manor, Imp and Alto Clef helped a Hrakken Mage named Kkakkar Kkarnasu and a Raharin Elf named Zyck defeat a ghost that had been tormenting the Lord's daughter. The morning after vanquishing the tormenting spirit, Zyck told Imp and the others that his god had spoken to him in dream. Apparently, Zyck has been told to help Imp find his father.
After returning to the town of Toyuk, Imp and the others spoke to a man named Benadon, a jewelry merchant from Shrask. Benadon asked them to escort him home with a small box of a substance called Uran's Iron. About two days into the journey, the group was attacked by a pair of fiends in mortal guise. Imp had a scuffle with one in the form of a raven that was trying to collect the Uran's Iron. With a command from the larger one, the raven formed fiend transformed itself into an imp and stung Imp in the chest as the rays of the sun burnt it away to ash and smoke.
