Prince N'Jobu
He was a member of the Hatut Zeraze, who came to believe that Wakanda had a responsibility to help black people around the world. In service of this, he conspired with Ulysses Klaue to steal Vibranium from the Mena Ngai.
His brother visited him in Oakland, where he was living undercover with his young son N'Jadaka, and confronted him about the theft. In the argument that followed, T'Chakka killed his brother, believing it necessary to protect Wakanda.
