Hogun
Congressman Hogun (a.k.a. Hogun the Grim)
Hogun is a highly respected Vanir warrior, an ally and friend of Thor and Siff, and a member of the Warriors Three. Due to his stern demeanour he is known as Grim Hogun or Hogun the Grim.
Although his usual residence is Valaskjalf, he has family on Vanaheim and returns their regularly.
Although they are not close, he gets on best with Loki of the Warriors Three, due to his disinclination to teasing or cruel pranks.

Personal history
Hogun was a Vanir who spent much of his time with Asgardians. Because of this, he was treated as one and decided to live among them. He later joined the Warriors Three with Fandral and Volstagg. He also became good friends with Thor, Loki, and Sif.
