Proscenium
The Proscenium is an intergalactic conference centre located on a self-propelled space station in unaffiliated space at the Galactic Rim. It was created as a neutral ground for galactic diplomacy after the annexation of the conference planet of Selandiar by the Shi'ar.
In 2016, the 107th Intergalactic Summit was held at the Proscenium. The event was cancelled part way through due to the murder of two delegates, Val-Lorr of the Kree Imperium, and Emperor Stote of the Zn'rk.
Following the incident, the Proscenium was temporarily closed to allow for a review and overhaul of the centre's security. It re-opened in 2018, and is expected to host the 108th Summit in 2021.
