Lady Umar , the Unrelenting
Umar the Unrelenting, sometimes called Umar the Peerless, is the wife of Watoomb, the Lord of the Boreas Dimension, and sister of Dormammu, the ruler of the Dark Dimension.
She was banished from her home dimension of Faltine, along with her brother, and made her home in the Archipelago of Anguish and Redemption. When exactly this banishment happened is unknown, as the Dark Dimension, where they settled, is a three-dimensional space, lacking time.
When the mortal sorceror Watoomb took an interest in the magic of the Dark Dimension, the two met and fell in love. In order that they could be together forever, Watoomb challenged Ikthalon for the throne of the Boreas dimension, killing him and becoming one of the immortal Lords of he Splinter Realms.
Umar moved to Boreas to be with her love, and the two eventually had a daughter, Clea, the Sorceror Supreme of the Splinter Realms.
