Watoomb
His Existential Majesty Watoomb , the Wind of Eternal Change
Watoomb is one of the Lords of the Splinter Realms, the ruler of the Boreas Dimension, and a member of the Octessence.
He was once a mortal sorceror, who took an interest in the Dark Dimension. While studying it, he met and fell in love with the Umar, the sister of the Dark Dimension's ruler, Dormammu.
As a member of the Faltine, Umar was immortal. In order that they could be together, Watoomb sought his own immortality, eventually deciding to become one of the Lords of the Splinter Realms. He therefore challenged and banished the Demon of Stagnation, Ikthalon, and took Boreas as his home.
Under his influence, the perpetual ice which had covered Boreas melted, and the realm began to see immigration from the other Splinter Realms.
Although Watoomb is usually considered one of the least malicious of the Lords of the Splinter Realms by mortal sorcerors, he has embraced his new home, and little interest in events on Earth, or the doings of mortals.
