Kol-fell

The City of Kol-fell is on the eastern side of the Great Inland Sea. It acted as a fortification to stand against invasion from the Cities of Al Shadaar. Now it stands to embrace trade from them. The city walls are tall and thick, with ramparts and forts all around its perimeter, but instead of battlements, it now holds banners and flags. It seems as though the culture of Al Shadaar has seeped into the cracks and corners of this city. It is a strange contrast. The markets and shops are bustling with activity, and the old garrisons are empty and abandoned.
The Lord Commander Santo runs the city. He is the remaining military presence of the old Garrison. He is still sharp as his sword, and does his duty. He is a fair man.
