Epsilon Antilae VII
A very cold planet of the Epsilon Antilae System.
Epsilon Antilae VII is an ice giant planet. Although several planets in the system have strange orbital trajectories, Epsilon Antilae VII has a relatively normal orbit. However, there are several moons that orbit the ice giant with strange orbits. These moons are arguably the most valuable part of the world, but the ice giant itself is exploited by the Hyperion Federation using large gas collection stations.
The moons of this ice giant have several different valuable materials on them, such as iron and nickel, as well as rare metals on some moons. Although they all have some amount of radioactive metal such as uranium or thorium, but these are more or less useless to the HF as almost all uses of radioactive materials have been made obsolete.
This has made the micro-system difficult to attack. The Saelian Coalition defended it well due to its value, and saelian starships at the time cold be easily refueled at the gas giant collection stations. United Nations of Tebburus forces opted to take the outermost worlds first, but their initial advance was slow. It picked up eventually as saelian supplies started to run thin due to attacks and the Suon blockade of the system. Now, there are a large number of stations that orbit various moons and the planet itself, many of which can hold a significant population.
