Kevra I

Planet located in the Kevra System, the home system of the Alti Dominion.
Kevra I is a lava planet and is obviously uninhabitable. Although it orbits its parent star at a very short radius, it has almost no atmosphere despite its average surface gravitation, as it has almost no magnetosphere. Thus it is exposed to all solar radiation from the star, making it difficult to mine on safely. Although the Alti can shield from this radiation within their facilities, anyone attempting to leave will also need to be fitted with radiation shields. This can add a lot of weight, especially since these people already must wear a heat protective space suit. As such, this is not often done so they mostly live in the facitlities and habitats.
