Xralax Super Fortress
A large, powerful fortress located in a wide orbit around Xralax B, the class F star. The fortress was built by the Xalarin Council.
It would be one of, if not the largest defence station in the system. It comes equipped with a wide variety of turrets, many of which can fire on any target in the system, as well as a lot of missiles (which often can perform similar feats). Due to this and its extremely strong shield and very heavy armour, it is likely nearly invincible in battle. It also has multiple fighter hangars, giving it the capability of taking some logistics in peacetime, or performing long range strikes in wartime. Even on the larger scale, it is acknowledged as one of the larger military bases in the area, as it comes with a similarly large number of starship dockyards. This means it can support almost an entire fleet on its own (while anything extra is sent to other stations in the system), making it important logistically. It has therefore become a high value target. It also has the capability of building ships from scratch, as a shipyard. Of course, it requires a lot of cargo space to maintain its function as a shipyard and starship dock, it is fed supplies from various supply freighters from within and outside the system.
