Brassard Carrel

His Eminence, Brassard Carrel

Brassard Carrel is the current Grand Chaplain of the Order of the Swords of Heaven. He is also the distant cousin of the last King, Marcel III.  He has been a sworn brother of the Order for more than 35 years, and is a dedicated and devout Chaplain.
Brassard is an outspoken advocate of initiating a large-scale intervention in the current incursion by the Elven Realm of Naru into well-established Arian territories to the far west around the Arul River.  It is Brassard's heart-felt conviction that the Autarch of Naru, Kel'a Bron is intentionally allowing the encroachment to proceed in an effort to undermine both the Arian state and the Faith of the Pantheon of Heaven.  He has repeatedly called for a crusade to be declared against the Elven incursions similar to what has been done in the past by the Order in regards to Orc attacks from the south.
