Her Grace, Countess Flore Delauney- Derois (a.k.a. Reverend Mother Verna)
Flore Derois was the wife of Count Enzo Delauney of Raymor and the mother of the current Count, Guy Delauney. She was the youngest daughter of Gilbert Derois, a wealthy and powerful Viscount from the City of Raymor, and the youngest sister of Carole Derois, Countess of Dunmor.
After the tragic death of her husband in a giant boar hunt, Flore took vows as a cloistered member of the Order of the Daughters of Heaven, a society of female adherents to the Pantheon of Heaven faith. Upon taking her vows as a member of the Order, she changed her name to Verna as "Flore" was a reference to the Druidic goddess of trees . She remained a prominent member of the Order for the rest of her life.
