Lord Gustam Lothman (a.k.a. Gus)
Gustam Lothman is the ruling head of the ancient and noble House of Lothman. He is the last living member of his generation, having lost all his brothers to war and battle and his only sister to a deadly childbirth.

Born the youngest of five to one of the most powewrful and influential Lothmans in the last two hundred years, Gustam was not allowed to join the fighting during the Second Northern War or the The Second Cobal-Imesse War where his older brothers were killed. He remained at Mordar with his aged father, Giles, and managed the many estates and holdings of the family.

Motivation
Gustam has become rather complacent in the last decade of his life. He stays within his residence at River Tower, oversees the management of the dozens of estates the family owns and lives a quite peaceful life. He has lost any interest in the politics of the realm, and simply ignores the machiantions of his former associates like Harris Isenbar and Turl am Nari.
