Gleam

Gleam is one of a pair of rare Elf twins. Along with her sister Glister, the pair were acrobats who worked at the Witchlight Carnival as a star attraction. Gleam always wears a silver moon mas, while Glister wears a golden sun mask. They left long ago to seek an audience with Zybilna of Prismeer, but they ran afoul of Zybilna's wretched Hag sister, Endelyn Moongrave.
The hag took the sisters prisoner, stole Gleam's shadow and pressed it into her service, and then exiled Gleam to avoid the sisters, as the living embodiments of moon and sun, from forming a symbolic eclipse, as her death is prophecised to happen during an eclipse. Gleam spent roaming the land of Yon, seeking aid to get her shadow and sister back and then to return to the Carnival. She met the brave Amidor and Pollenella, who swore to aid her. She then met the Witchlight Court, who reunited her with his sister and helped the two go home.
