Varwyn Tarmoore
Varwyn Tarmoore ruled the Human kingdom of Summerlund beginning in 696 SKR. He was married to the Half-Elf noblewoman Eldenia Sarfaria and had one son, Caudus Tarmoore.
He is notable for two reasons. He was the king who founded and commissioned the Universitas Tarmoore in 701 SKR. Perhaps a premonition suggested to him he should consider creating a legacy, not just for himself, but for his whole house.
In 705 SKR, during a state visit to the ports of Talmathi, the terrible Witch Queen attacked and slew him and a large number of his royal guard. This left 10 year old Caudus to rule Summerlund and sparked the Second Witching War.
In 1081, it was revealed that he had a second son, Dalwyn who survived in secret.
