Visalya Amdurine

Visalya Amdurine is the leader of the Vedalken Arcology of Nethalarus. She is a Warlock of the Sea Tyrant, a scholar of history, and a chandler of some skill. She attempts to be fair and even-handed with any disputes that are brought before her, using logic and precedent to resolve issues rather than emotion. She is keenly aware of her responsibilities in keeping the community moving, and she's likewise aware of the city's role in being the keepers of the Moondaughter's Staff that was entrusted to them long ago. When the Fire Wasps came looking for the staff, she knew that fate had guided them there, just as the problems with Acliestes the Defiler and his Dragon Turtle muscle Riptide began. She traded the services of the Adventurers for entry to the vault, and now the staff is theirs. She wonders what this means for her and her people, and she wonders if it is time for them to begin to appear above the waves more, since they no longer have a secret to ward from the Sorcerer-Kings of Falwyth.
