Village - The settlement is not large enough to have separate districts within.   Lighthouse - Standing proudly at the Northern shore of the lake, the Wolvewich lighthouse has a few supporting buildings besides it.

History

The origins of Wolvewich are unclear, but people were living in the area way before any written record was created. The first written record of Wolvewich comes from 890, when Kirk 'the Patriarch' captured the territory. The settlement never gained much in terms of size, but this didn't stop it from taking part in history.   In 938, Wolvewich seceded from the Blakfort Kingdom, when the duke of Avadell declared independence. During the Restoration War, the village was retaken, but shortly after, in 947, Avadell seceded once again. The village was retaken by the Blakfort Kingdom in 964 by Dorota 'the Blak Lady'.   During 974, a Chaos worshipping cult was discovered in Wolvewich, who called themselves the Sons of Kaos. They were eventually captured and killed by Dorota 'the Blak Lady', but their leader was spared to serve as a consultant. The dismantling of the cult sparked rebellion in the local population and they tried to kill the soldiers sent to the village, but these rebels were killed shortly after.   Almost a decade later, the same thing happened in the village. The Sons of Kaos reappeared and started to spread Chaos belief in the local population. The local guardsmen, many of whom still remembered the previous uprising quickly got the situation under control and the leader of the cult was sent into exile.   In 1137, Avadell became part of Merendell, when the duke of Avadell inherited its throne. The Merendellian King's rule over Avadell was short lived though as by the end of 1143 as Kirk II 'the Wise' retook most of it including Wolvewich.   In 1266, Baraton V 'the Bastard' went on a hunting trip near Wolvewich. On his trip, his hunting party came across a mysterious creature who managed to slay most of his entourage and almost managed to kill him too, but the beast was slain eventually. The nature of this beast remains a mystery as none of the survivors talked about their encounter afterwards.
