Raga Soyla. It is known by the people of
Schlullk De that she is a
Necromancer because of her unnaturally long life. They tolerate and respect because she doesn't use that magic on the people who live in De.
Physical Description
She is a frail old woman and uses magic to get around if she needs to move quickly. She is hunched over and is usually leaning on a cane or handrail. The only condition that she has is old age.

She runs Kitit Glentheinglego as an

Landlord who collects rent from her tenets.

She agrees with Kezedfrunch but because she is old she doesn't fight with Najel Ncasssekwa's cell but offers members a discount for staying at her apartments. All that Frungedists wants to do is live a quiet life.

She is polite and spunky most of the time although she can be aggressive to young men since she tries to look after the young women of De.

They met before Sürl Dussch and Raga translated what she and Sürl Drün Söchdt Inntser were talking to each other but could not understand each other. After Sürl Dussch and when Raga moved to De afterward they didn't get off the right foot. Raga doesn't trust her because she is a Necromancer and she doesn't like Raga because she thinks that he playing with Aùshe's emotions.

Frungedists is protective of all of the young women living in De and that is something that Stala appreciates. They met when Stala moved to De.
Since she lives in the slums she is not wealthy but as a business owner, she is wealthier than most people in slums who don't work.
