Winterbank- Town. Population- 5,300 (75% Half-Elf, 10% Human, 10% Halfling, 5% Tiefling) The northern town run by Lord Elas and Lady Shalia Xilrel who are both moon elves.
Rayhollow- Small City. Population- 8,230 (83% Elven, 7% Human, 6% Halfling, 4% Other) The eastern city run by Lord Tarron and Lady Meriel Iarhana who are both sun elves.
Port Lochriver- Small City. Population- 9,015 (70% Elven, 10% Human, 10% Halfling, 5% Half-Elf, 5% Other) The southern city run by Lord Dakath and Lady Ara Wranxidor who are both sun elves.
Westerham- Town. Population- 4,230 (80% Elven, 8% Human, 8% Gnome, 4% Halfling) The south western town run by Lord Wirenth and Lady Nambra Phiqen, the lord is a sun elf and the lady is a moon elf.
