Loudoun Hill
The volcanic plug Loudoun Hill, sometimes known as Loudounhill, is one of the most conspicuous geological structures in the Kelmerenook area. It is a little over 1000 feet tall. This is also the location of the River Irvine's source. A major battle near the hill occurred in the year 797.
