Outer City

As the name implies, the Outer City is the portion of the city of Zagreanthat falls outsid the city's walls. It is the largest section of the city by pure acreage, and is made up of five disctinct districts. They are the Dockside district, the Tallows Disctrict, the Lower Fields, the Reveler's Ward, and the plague-ridden Forgotten City.
