Tybmar Leowynn

Charismatic and engaging, Tybmar Leowynn is a half-Elf merchant. As part of the recent reorganization of Mystryl's leadership, Tybmar was elected by the citizens as their representative on the city's new council. His voice doesn't carry nearly the same weight as Isa Ereskin's or Virgil Halathar's, but he has achieved some early success in pushing through changes aimed at greater equity for Mystryl's citizens.
Following the Midnight Mountain Incident, the Church of Mysteries and the Holy Guard are scrambling for successors. As of now, Tybmar is the only remaining member of the Mystryl City Council.
