Miz'gan
Miz'gan is a sub-continent located to the north of Guilnile in Archtun. The island has a large bay in the middle known as the Frozen Bay. The island is separated into three regions. The Frosted Branches lies in the southern Peninsula, which is comprised of a large frozen forest. The Ghalhar Peninsula lies to the northeast, which is comprised of rolling hills, caves, and large glaciers, as well as some of the island's most ruthless wildlife, making it the least hospital region in the entire island. The island center is dominated by the region known simply as Thar. a large mountain range made of ice and rock lies in the center of Thar, with a gigantic ice castle in the middle. Miz'gan is known to host the vile Ulthrank, also known as Ice Demons, which periodically raid the Kathleen Islands, which lie between Guilnile and Miz'gan, along with Guilnile itself. Miz'gan was once believed to be a more hospitable and liveable place, but one day, natives to the land of unknown origin attacked an approaching Eislanian vessel. A large cloud was summoned over the vessel, made its way to the island, and began a horrible blizzard the likes the world has never seen. The blizzard did not stop for over three hundred years, transformed Miz'gan into an almost barren wasteland, and transformed its natives and wildlife as well into the creatures known as the Ulthrank today. Miz'gan is also believed to have a type of magnetic quality to its soil since large amounts of metal such as gold and silver wind up along its shores. It is also believed that Miz'gan sits upon a lost island that was covered up by a god, who created Miz'gan to cover the island for an unknown reason. Miz'gan is also known for producing a special type of ice, known as perfected ice, which can give any being frost bite just by touching it. It is also very sharp, being able to slice through armor and flesh like butter. It is believed that perfected ice cannot be melted.
