Falas Tar

Falas Tar is a clifftop fortress city in Northern Schaffenheem, founded as a stronghold for the Elvan Empire of Lemyatel to use in their expansion into this land.
Half-elven children of Lemyatel are often sent away to serve in the guarding forces of Falas Tar. For some families, it is a means to hide away the shame of halfbred offspring; for others, it is a place where their children can have opportunities they wouldn't find staying in Lemyatel.
