Dagoruk is a mysterious Mindflayer that had created a nest and base in the ruins of Liberus. While experimenting on unwilling subjects to create some strange giant monster the pit at the center of the ruins, he also created the Husk using the discarded hides of his test subjects for the creation of the Golem of the Pit.
He now lives disguised as Aien Yinvyre in charge of Fortune Networks and the de-facto leader of Crow's Fort by using his strong mental abilities to change other's perceptions of him. His agents have recovered the Dark Artifact, the Staff of the Inferno that he used to boost his power before handing it over to his son, Tommy Ray Handley.
He created a massive consciousness construct called the The Mindscape through his Golem which was able to slow the end of the world brought on by the Deep, an eventuality that he had forsaw and dedicated his time to fighting against.
After The Nothing War, he returned to rebuild Crow's Fort and divested most of the card making and some weapons production assets of Fortune Networks to Sona Luxord-Vlatson, the rightful owner and paid off the rest of her old party for their discresion. He currently works with his son, Lokir, and his and Opal's Order of Opalescant Dragon Knights as a matter of necessity and sends Lokir as his envoy on the board of directors of the Four Beacons Academy.
