Oath Taken, Lineage Secured, And a new threat

The last months have been happy, even with the dark threat that we still have not defeated. I have given my life to Sila, she is my wife now and we have two young children, the girl named Rowina after Rowan, so he can live on in my family, and the boy Arcturas, i think it is a noble name and i will train them both if they want to follow my path. I must secure there future so they can grow up and sila can continue to be the best smith i know, but i think her family likes me, her father said i was welcomed, and he looks like a great smith and would be a great fighter, maybe i can teach him. I saw my family after so long away, i did not know they were coming and even though i was gone for so long, my mother and father were approving of my choices, and now i will be send them letters as they now want to be part of my life, but im confused, if i was sent away and they never came to visit why do they want to be part of my life now? Maybe i can figure this out.
