We first met Oleanna T'fali a few months ago, although we didn't know that name at the time, nor did we know we were talking to the goddess Apalae. We talked to her and she gave my friend Dani a blessing. This saved her life when we fought the cult of Telfara a little later. When we tried to protect the giants from Umbrant, Oleanna came and fought alongside us.
There is no doubt that Oleanna destroyed the universe before this one. But I think it's important to understand how this happened. She was given a terrible destiny and a lot of responsibility and power as a child. Destiny took a lot from her and under the influence of the Godsbane, she put an end to destiny as a whole.
I believe that Oleanna has always tried to do good, to help those who have no one else to fight for them. She fought against the Void so that Avaan had a chance to create this world. She helped us save our world from Telfara's cult.
Does she deserve to live? I don't know. Does one have to deserve to live? But does she deserve to die? I think not. What good would her death do? It won't bring back the old universe. Let her keep working to stand up for the good in our world. Something she has always done for my friends and me.
