Personal history
Born in 1133 to Jarl Jessic I at the Greystone Keep. She spent her childhood frolicing around the keep with her older brother Rodgier, the two were said to be inseperable.
Reign
Alshlyn was 22 in 1155 when her brother died in battle. Newly crowned, Jarl I Alshlyn found herself with a jarldom thrown into chaos. She ended the Frost Rivers War soon after taking her crown by attacking the Kells and killing Ordin Kell during the Burning of Jardal Hall which left a large portion of the roof of Jardal Hall burned. After the war she spent the next two years fighting smaller rebellions from upstart jarls and cheiftans who saw the crown as weakened after having lost so many during last year of the war. When the fighting was finally done Alshlyn spent the rest of her reign in peace until her death in 1187.
